Dr. M. Calloway spent years working in traditional dental practices before realizing something was missing. The care was good, but the experience felt clinical, rushed, and sometimes even intimidating.
She envisioned something different — a practice where patients felt genuinely welcomed, where questions were encouraged, where even the most anxious patients could relax. A place that felt less like a clinic and more like a trusted neighbor.
That's why we're called Hearth. A hearth is the heart of a home — a place of warmth, gathering, and comfort. That's what we want every visit to feel like.
Dr. M. Calloway
Founder & Lead Dentist
Dr. Calloway earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors. She completed additional training in pediatric dentistry and cosmetic procedures to bring comprehensive care to families under one roof.
With over 15 years of experience, she's treated thousands of patients — from toddlers getting their first checkup to grandparents restoring smiles they'd almost given up on. What drives her isn't just the clinical work, but the relationships she builds with patients over years and even decades.
"I wanted to create a practice where people actually look forward to their dental visits," she says. "Where kids aren't scared, where anxious adults feel safe, where families trust us with their smiles for generations."
